Instagram Spotlight: bailey_selene + mori.jayde

Today I have another Instagram spotlight for you my deers! The accounts I want to mention today are two smaller accounts, bailey_selene and mori.jayde. Both are equally lovely accounts, and I think they deserve a little more love!

The first account, bailey_selene, is one of my new favorite instagram accounts. Her style is airy, elegant, and beautiful. Her outfits are always perfectly put together, and she is such a sweet person as well. I highly recommend checking out her account if you enjoy the lacey, "traditional" version of mori outfits. Her account will definitely not disappoint!

The second account, mori.jayde, is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated mori accounts out there. Jayde is one of the most active mori folk on instagram right now, posting new and creative outfits almost daily. If you're looking for an active mori account for inspiration, check out Jayde!

I hope you enjoyed looking at the pictures I've shared here from these lovely accounts, and I hope you've found someone new here to fill your feed with lovely mori things!

Mori Kei Activities for Anytime of the Year

Hello my deers! A while back I made a few posts on mori activities for fall and winter, and now I wanted to make a list of some more general ideas for you all. I hope you can find something that inspires you to be a bit more mori, whatever season you are in!
  • Thrift shopping
  • Antique shopping
  • Go window shopping (small town window shopping is especially mori!)
  • Create a mori music playlist
  • Visit a local library or bookstore
  • Visit a museum
  • Visit a park or nature preserve
  • Send letters to a penpal
  • Complete the mori girl challenge
  • Complete the mori draw, cook, snap challenge
  • Try a new recipe
  • Go bird watching
  • Learn a new type of craft (knitting, sewing, crocheting, upcycling, etc)
  • Build a terrarium
  • Coordinate a new outfit to wear
  • Try out a yama kei, hama kei, dark mori, or any other natural style you wouldn't normally wear
  • Watch a mori themed movie
  • Read a mori themed book
  • Do mori DIY projects
  • Drink some tea
  • Join a mori swap
  • Try out photography (polaroid, digital, film, using your phone...)
  • Go mushroom hunting (but be careful not to eat any unless you know they're safe!)
As always, these are just my ideas, and by no means the only mori activities there are out there! There are loads more that I'm sure I haven't even thought of, so if you have something to add I'd love to hear your thoughts!
